It’s all about connecting buyers with suppliers (...and vice versa)!
Relates to: General

BUYERS: You simply add your job or project to our boards and suppliers will submit their interest in providing what you need. In most cases they’ll indicate how much it will cost, how long it will take and when they can start.

When a supplier shows an interest you will receive an email. You log back on to Pluggedin2 and check out the details. You also check their profile, the name of the company, their web site, any uploaded examples and their feedback (if they have any). At this point you can contact them direct and Pluggedin2 has done its job.

You can compare all the supplier submissions and to talk to as many as you like. You can limit how many submission you will receive so you won’t be overwhelmed. If after you reach the limit you haven’t found the right supplier you can increase the limit. Once you have found you supplier and the job is complete you can return to Pluggedin2 and add feedback on the supplier. This helps future buyers with their selection.

Key points:

  • The supplier will never know who you are until you make contact with them, so you won’t be flooded with sales people calling you.
  • The suppliers can ask you questions via the job blog which supports every job or project. The suppliers can’t see each others submissions of interest. This is not an auction site!
  • You can anonymously invite suppliers to submit an interest in your job or project.

SUPPLIERS: Buyers will submit their job or project onto our boards. You can check the details of their requirements and if it’s something you can do you submit your interest. If your submission is acceptable the buyer will make contact with you direct. If you want more detail you can ask the buyer questions via the job blog.

With jobs outstanding you can send the Buyer a nudge to ask them to update the job/project or make a comment on the job blog.

If you won the business you can submit feedback on the Buyer when the job is complete.
